•Email Address
•Profile Photo URL
•User ID (UID): A unique identifier generated by our authentication system (Supabase) to identify your account

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information for the following specific purposes:

To Provide and Secure Your Account

Your Email and User ID are used to create your account, log you in, and verify your identity.

To Authorize Access

We use your User ID to link your user account to your specific restaurant. This is a security measure to ensure you can only access and manage the restaurant dashboard that you own.

We DO NOT use your email to send marketing messages, newsletters, or any promotional content.

We DO NOT currently display your Name or Profile Photo within the application. They are collected as part of the standard Google sign-in process and are securely stored.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information with any third-party companies for marketing or advertising purposes.

We only share your information with the following essential service providers who help us run our application:

Google: To handle the "Sign in with Google" authentication process

Supabase: To provide our authentication services and host our secure database. Your Name, Email, Profile Photo, and UID are stored with Supabase

Vercel: To host our web application

These providers are contractually obligated to keep your information confidential and are only permitted to use it to help us provide our service.

5. A Note on Your Restaurant Analytics

The analytics you see inside your dashboard (e.g., "top-liked items") are not your personal data. This is aggregated data about your menu items and is shown only to you to help you understand your menu's performance.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

We store your personal information for as long as you have an account with us. If you wish to delete your account and all associated personal data, please contact us at the email address below.

8. Children's Privacy

Our service is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
