Our Service provides restaurant and food court owners ("you") with tools to:

Create, manage, and display digital menus
Generate QR codes for accessing menus
Manage restaurant and food court outlet listings
View analytics related to your menu items
Send and manage invitations for outlets to join your food court

3. User Accounts

To access the admin features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to the following:

Authentication

Your account will be created by authenticating with a third-party service (Google). You grant us permission to access the information provided by Google, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account and for keeping your Google account secure.

Authorization

You represent that you are authorized to create an account on behalf of the restaurant or food court entity you are registering.

4. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for all content, such as menu items, prices, and images, that you upload or display ("Your Content").

You agree not to:

Upload any content that is illegal, offensive, fraudulent, or infringes on any third party's rights (such as copyright)
Use the Service to transmit spam or unsolicited messages
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, disrupt, or "hack" the Service or its related systems
Misrepresent your identity or your restaurant's information

5. Content Ownership

Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to Your Content. By uploading it, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute Your Content as necessary to provide the Service (e.g., to show your menu to the public via your QR code).

Our Service

We retain all ownership rights to the Service itself, including all code, designs, graphics, and our "forkin" name and logo.

6. Service Availability & Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be:

Uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
100% secure or free from bugs or viruses
Accurate or reliable

You use the Service at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, forkin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to, damages for lost profits, data loss, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your use of, or inability to use, the Service
